Does the app require Shopify Online Store?

Yes.

The app uses a theme app extension and app proxy, so the Shopify Online Store sales channel is required.

Can I limit downloads to B2B customers only?

Yes.

The app checks the logged-in storefront customer against the required customer tag that you set in the admin.

Where can the download button appear?

You control it.

Merchants can enable or disable buttons on the product page, cart page, mini cart, and order detail page from the app dashboard.

How are files delivered?

With signed links and ZIP archives.

The app creates secure download links and packages product media into ZIP files when ZIP delivery is enabled.
