Getting started tutorial

Follow these steps to install ProperApp Image Downloader and enable storefront downloads for tagged customers.

Setup steps

Use this sequence after you install the app on a store.

  1. Open the app dashboard

    Review the overview page, current plan, and Theme Editor shortcut.

  2. Set the required customer tag

    Open Access and storefront rules, then set the customer tag that should unlock downloads.

  3. Enable the theme app embed

    Open Theme Editor and turn on the Product download embed for the live theme.

  4. Choose button placements

    Toggle product, cart, mini cart, and order detail buttons on or off from the app dashboard.

  5. Test with a tagged customer account

    Log into a storefront customer account that has the required tag and confirm downloads work end to end.
